Addiction hurts everyone. Your help can heal.

BE THE REASON WOMEN STAY CLEAN
85% of people with drug addictions relapse after treatment.
Women can develop substance abuse disorders more quickly than men.
Women are more likely to experience intense cravings in early and late recovery.
Rebuild a system that helps women conquer addiction
Women with addictions are set up to fail. When they can’t find housing and employment, it’s easy to slip back into old habits. The simple act of securing a home and job for women in recovery is far less expensive than supporting them in prison.

How we help
SELF-CARE
A fresh, new do at our salon and a shopping trip to our donation closet help women feel confident facing the world after treatment. We also provide essential toiletries. Because if you feel good, you do good.
HOUSING
Finding safe and stable living arrangements after treatment is difficult for many. Every day, we are working toward raising the funding to build a community of tiny homes that support individuals who are finding their footing after treatment.
EMPLOYMENT
It can be intimidating and overwhelming to look for work while focusing on recovering from a drug addiction. We make the job hunt less stressful by helping recovering addicts find employment options that fit their needs.
MENTORSHIP
Recovery is full of discomfort and growth. We know it isn't an easy road, which is why we pair the people we support with mentors who understand exactly what they're going through and can talk them through the tough stuff.
“I cannot express with enough gratitude the transformation the Ashley Michelle Project brought into my life. Being a survivor of childhood sex trafficking, I have always struggled with self-esteem and confidence. At the beginning of my sobriety journey, my self-esteem continued to deteriorate… Spending even a short time with them made a huge impact on me… They are making the world a better place, one person at a time.”

BE THE REASON SOMEONE STAYS SOBER
The family’s story that started it all
The Wareham Family understands firsthand how devastating drug addiction is. Kelly's daughters Ashley and Brooke both developed addictions in their early teens, which led to years of heartbreak and fear. They saw the detox, treatment, sober living, and relapse cycle again and again.
Today, both Ashley and Brooke are celebrating sobriety. Together, with their mom at the lead, they are building The Ashley Michelle Project to help individuals and families in Utah who are suffering from the effects of drug addiction with resources that offer hope.
